A thoroughly Mancunian gin infused with orange, lemon almond and liquorice, giving it it's juniper and citrus led character and soft, creamy texture. To round it off they've also added two ingredients popular in the north; Dandelion and Burdock root. The bee on the label is a further reflection of its northern roots. It was said that the people of Manchester were so industrious and hard working that they were like 'worker bees' and so the it was adopted as a symbol of the city.
